The North West Civic Activism Project is a Holywell Trust project funded through Building Change Trust. The project will focus on four key issues crucial to the future of the city of Derry/Londonderry – innovation and investment; a shared and thriving city centre; youth aspirations and employment; and breaking the cycle of debt and poverty. We will be targeting key groups such as community activists, young people, elected officials and local citizens. We will use a number of engagement tools to do this – citizen reporting, study groups, pop-up democracy and a citizen jury.
